Shipping

We typically ship within 24 hours of placing your order; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.

Shipping is dependant on product. Duties are NOT included in shipping, except for the US and UK.

It is important to follow the tracking number we provide and answer any import questions to avoid delay or return. Customs require both email and phone to contact you (so it's very important to add both in at checkout).

Capto are not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities. Custom clearance in USA may take up to 20 days. If you require shipping quicker to a given address please contact us first.

All digital products include a download link or access to relevant request area.

All orders within the EU will arrive within 3-5 business days.
International shipments may take up to 14 days - Customs withstanding.

Returns

Change of heart? No problem, we accept exchange or refunds within 14 days after delivery.

Your purchase should be returned in saleable condition with all product packaging (box, bag). Please ensure that the item is safely wrapped. Any damage caused by negligence in the return process will be the customer’s responsibility.

Goods will be refunded upon inspection on arrival (excluding the original delivery charge). Please note that resized items, customised, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return. Return shipping charges are not refundable.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore, for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a traceable delivery service. The tracking number should be sent to us.
